About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and user-focused Agile Product Manager to lead the definition and execution of digital product initiatives in a fast-paced Agile environment. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact features that align with customer needs and company strategy.
You should bring strong product thinking, communication skills, and Agile delivery experience to guide cross-functional teams from idea to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for one or more product lines
- Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to break down features into actionable user stories and tasks
- Serve as the Product Owner in Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives)
- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and align on product goals
- Ensure transparency and alignment through roadmaps, OKRs, and progress reporting
- Continuously gather user feedback and analytics to iterate and improve product offerings
- Make trade-off decisions and manage scope in collaboration with cross-functional partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in Agile software development environments
- Proven experience owning a digital product or platform from concept to delivery
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, backlog management, and user-centered design
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user behavior
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and product analytics platforms
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS, B2B/B2C platforms, or mobile/web apps
- Background in UX, engineering, or business analysis
- Familiarity with Lean Product Development, Design Thinking, or Dual-Track Agile
- Understanding of APIs, data architecture, or cloud-based platforms
